When Dominic Russo's bad day leads to Ally Morales losing her job, he never expects to see her again—until she’s hired at his family's magazine, sparking an intense enemies-to-lovers dynamic. As their banter turns into undeniable attraction, Dominic is torn between his broody reputation and the irresistible pull toward Ally, a stubborn woman with secrets of her own.

As many of you know, I love a good enemies-to-lovers romance, and this book DELIVERED! Add an office romance vibe. Yes, please! The tension between Dominic and Ally was top-tier, and I adored Ally’s fierce loyalty to her family. She’s stubborn, but that made her all the more relatable and someone you root for.

Dominic, our broody MMC, hides a soft side that makes him lovable, even when he makes questionable choices and jumps to wild conclusions (IYKYK). Their chemistry was 🔥 and their back-and-forth banter kept me hooked from start to finish.

What I loved:

  1. Ally's strength

  2. The chemistry

  3. Office romance setting

This was a book I couldn't put down! Big shout-out to the lady who recommended it to me in the checkout line—you were right, it’s so good!

If you're looking for enemies-to-lovers with heart, humor, and all the tension, this one’s for you.

This was my first Lucy Score book, and I'm sold. I can't wait to read more of her work.
