Final Offer

The Kane family drama concludes with this installment, focusing on Callahan (Cal), the youngest Kane brother, and Alana (Lana), his childhood friend and lost love. After eagerly anticipating Cal's story for his humor in the previous novels, I found his personality shift surprising, and Lana didn't leave a lasting impression as the main female character. While the book delves into challenging topics like addiction and emotional abuse, I struggled to connect with the story and characters. Perhaps it's just me?

What I loved:

  1. Cami

  2. The setting

  3. Finishing the series

'The Final Offer' delves into themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the courage needed to confront the past. However, my memory of the story is hazy, indicating it didn't leave a lasting impact.
